A dedicated scholarship portal (Medhasoft) has been developed by NIC to directly transfer the incentive amount into the bank accounts of eligible students. On this portal, district-wise and institution-wise details of all students who have successfully passed the Matriculation and Intermediate Annual Examination 2025 from the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) have been uploaded.

All eligible candidates and their parents are advised to visit the official Medhasoft website (www.medhasoft.bihar.gov.in) and verify their details carefully. The portal will remain open for data verification and application from 15th August 2025. After logging in, students must provide necessary information such as bank account number, branch name, IFSC code, Aadhaar number, etc. in the required fields.

To log in, students will need their date of birth along with either the registration number of the respective examination or the total marks obtained in the Matric/Intermediate exam 2025.

Important instructions:

• The bank account must be in the name of the student and should be linked with Aadhaar.

• The account must be operated in a branch of a Nationalized Bank, Recognized Private Bank, or India Post Payment Bank located in Bihar.

• While filling in details online, students should use their personal mobile, laptop, or computer and follow proper safety guidelines such as maintaining social distancing.
