The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued the 1st Merit List, Selection List, Cut Off Marks, and Allotment Letter for Bihar DElEd Admission Counselling 2025 for the two-year diploma programme (Session 2025–27).
Candidates who have applied for counselling can now access and download the First Merit List from the official portal deledbihar.com, starting 11 December 2025.Based on the released merit list, the admission process in both government and private DElEd colleges will commence from 11 December 2025 and continue until 16 December 2025.

Official Notification: Bihar DElEd First Merit List 2025 Released
The BSEB will publish the first selection list for admission to government and private DElEd institutes on 11 December 2025. The list will be made available to each institute through their respective login IDs. On the same date, the board will also upload the category-wise Cut Off Rank on its official website bsebdeled.com, which candidates can check online.
In addition, the first allotment/intimation letter will be issued to all shortlisted applicants in their login accounts. Candidates can log in using their ID and password to view and download the letter. Selected students will also receive an SMS notification regarding their allotment status.
Bihar DElEd 2025: Complete Guide to the Slide Up Process
Applicants who are not satisfied with the institute allotted to them in the first round can opt for the Slide Up facility after taking admission. Between 11 December 2025 and 16 December 2025, candidates may log in to their Student Portal and activate the Slide Up option to seek admission in a higher-priority institute listed in their original choices.
However, they cannot add new choices or modify the existing preferences at this stage.
Once the Slide Up option is selected, the candidate becomes eligible for consideration in any of the higher-ranked choices already submitted in the application form during the second merit list. If the candidate is upgraded in the next round, his/her seat allotted in the first list will automatically be canceled, and the previously allotted seat will be marked vacant.
