The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued the 2nd Merit List, Selection List, Cut Off Marks, and Allotment Letter for Bihar DElEd Admission Counselling 2025 for the two-year D.El.Ed course (Session 2025–27).
Candidates who have applied for counselling can now access and download the Second Merit List from the official portal deledbihar.com, starting 21 December 2025.Based on the released merit list, the admission process in both government and private DElEd colleges will commence from 22 December 2025 and continue until 26 December 2025.

Official Notification: Bihar DElEd Second Merit List 2025 Released
The second selection list for admission to D.El.Ed government and private institutes will be released by the Board on 21 December 2025. This selection list will be made available to the concerned institutes through their respective login IDs.
On the same date, the Board will also publish the reservation category-wise cut-off ranks on its official portal, which candidates can check online.
Along with this, the Second Intimation Letter will be issued to all shortlisted candidates and will be accessible in their candidate login dashboard. Applicants can view and download the intimation letter by logging in with their User ID and Password.
Additionally, an SMS notification will be sent to all selected candidates to inform them about the release of the second selection list and intimation letter.

If an applicant is not satisfied with the allotment of a lower-priority institute in the first round, such candidates can use the Slide-Up option after completing their admission. The Slide-Up facility will be available through Student Login on the portal from 11 December 2025 to 18 December 2025.
Through the Slide-Up option, candidates get a chance to be considered for admission in the higher-priority institutes that were already selected by them in the application form. However, no new choices can be added or modified during this process.
Once the Slide-Up option is selected, the candidate may be allotted a seat in any of the higher-priority institutes in the second merit list. If the candidate is selected in the second list, the seat allotted in the first round will automatically be cancelled, and that seat will become vacant at the previously allotted institute.
