Educational Qualification: BPSC Prosecution Officer 2026
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university. This qualification is the minimum educational requirement for appointment to the post. The law degree must be valid for enrollment as an Advocate, allowing the candidate to practice law in a court of law.
