Recruitment Overview
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially opened the Common Application Form (CAF) for DElEd Admission Counselling 2025–27. This counselling process is being conducted for the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) programme.
After the online counselling process, the first seat allotment list will be released on 11 December 2025. Candidates will be able to check their allotment status by logging in with their User ID and Password on the official portal.
All eligible and interested candidates can submit the Bihar DElEd Counselling 2025 online form from 29 November 2025 to 05 December 2025 through the official BSEB DElEd website: deledbihar.com.

Eligibility Criteria : Bihar DElEd Admission 2025
Applicants must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in Higher Secondary (+2) or an equivalent examination to be considered eligible for admission into the D.El.Ed programme.
A relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination will be provided to reserved category and differently-abled candidates as per the admission norms.
Candidates belonging to the Urdu category who have successfully passed the Maulvi examination with at least 50% marks will also be eligible to apply for the D.El.Ed course.
Applicants who have completed 10+2 under the Vocational stream, or those who have cleared Intermediate/10+2 after Madhyama or after Foukaniya, shall also be considered eligible for D.El.Ed admission.
However, candidates possessing qualifications such as Shastri, Polytechnic, ITI or any other similar certificate or degree will not be considered eligible for admission to the D.El.Ed programme.
