BSSC Office Attendant Preliminary Exam Pattern 2025
The preliminary test consists of a single paper on General Knowledge, covering the following areas:
General Arithmetic
General Knowledge
General Hindi
Exam format and marking:
The paper contains 100 objective multiple-choice questions.
Marking Scheme: +4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer, while 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.
Duration: 2 hours.
Extra time for PwD candidates: As per rules, candidates with disabilities will receive additional time at the rate of 20 minutes per hour (for a 2-hour paper this amounts to 40 extra minutes).

Applications submitted by any other means will be rejected. Candidates do not have to submit the printout of the application form to the Bihar Staff Selection Commission.
