1. Assistant Secretary

• Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university or accredited institution.

• Maximum Age: 35 years

2. Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Academics / Training / Skill Education)

• Applicants should possess a Postgraduate Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade from a recognized university/institute.

• Category-wise relaxation in marks will be applicable as per rules.

• Maximum Age: 35 years

3. Accounts Officer

Candidates must meet any one of the following educational qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Economics / Commerce / Accounts / Finance / Business Studies / Cost Accounting as a subject
  OR

• Bachelor’s Degree with completion of SAS/JAO(C) examination conducted by any Central/State Government Accounts or Audit Department
  OR

• Postgraduate Degree in Economics / Commerce / Accounts / Finance / Business Studies / Cost Accounting
  OR

• MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA

• Maximum Age: 35 years

4. Superintendent

• Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or an equivalent recognized qualification.

• Must have working knowledge of computers, including Windows, MS Office, internet usage, and handling large databases.

• Maximum Age: 30 years

5. Junior Translation Officer (JTO)

Candidates must have any one of the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Hindi with English studied at the graduate level
  OR

• Master’s Degree in English with Hindi studied at the graduate level
  OR

• Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject at the graduation level
  OR

• Master’s Degree in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject at the graduation level
  OR

• Master’s Degree with both Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects at the graduate level

Additionally, candidates must have:

• A recognized diploma/certificate in translation (Hindi ↔ English)
  OR

• Three years of translation experience in a Central/State Government office or PSU.

• Maximum Age: 30 years

6. Junior Accountant

• Must have passed 12th standard with subjects like Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Taxation, Cost Accounting, or Business Administration.

• Should have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.

• Maximum Age: 27 years

7. Junior Assistant

• Must have completed 12th class or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board/university.

• Required typing speed:

  • 35 w.p.m. in English

  • 30 w.p.m. in Hindi
    (Equivalent to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on average.)

• Maximum Age: 27 years
