🔹 Junior Personal Assistant (JPA)
Candidates applying for the Junior Personal Assistant (JPA) post must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
In addition, applicants should have completed a minimum one-year course in Office Management and Secretarial Practice or any equivalent program.
A shorthand speed of 80 words per minute (wpm) in English and a typing speed of 40 wpm in English are mandatory requirements for this role.
🔹 Junior Executive (Rajbhasha)
For the Junior Executive (Rajbhasha) post, candidates should possess a Graduate Degree with Hindi as an elective subject and English as a compulsory/main subject.
Alternatively, candidates holding a degree or diploma equivalent to a B.A. in Hindi are also eligible to apply.
