The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced that the Local Body Teachers Competency Test (CTT) 2025 – Fourth Phase will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode starting from 24th September 2025 across the state.

⚠️ Important Instruction: After downloading, applicants must get their admit card countersigned by the District Program Officer (Establishment). Admit cards without the countersignature will be treated as invalid, and candidates will not be permitted to appear for the exam.
