Agniveer (General Duty – GD)

Candidates must have passed Class 10 / Matriculation with at least 45% marks overall and 33% marks in each subject.
For boards following a grading system, candidates should have secured a minimum ‘D’ grade (33%–40%) in individual subjects and an overall ‘C2’ grade or equivalent, which corresponds to 45% aggregate marks.
Note: Applicants holding a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence will be given preference for Driver posts.

Agniveer (Technical)

Applicants should meet any one of the following qualifications:

• Passed 10+2 / Intermediate (Science stream) with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English, securing 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject, OR

• Passed 10+2 (Science) with PCM & English from a recognized board (including NIOS) along with a minimum one-year ITI course in the relevant trade with NSQF Level-4 or above, OR

• Passed Class 10 with 50% aggregate marks and 40% each in English, Maths and Science, plus two years ITI training or a 2/3-year diploma in notified technical streams.

Agniveer (Clerk / Store Keeper Technical)

Candidates must have passed 10+2 / Intermediate in any stream (Arts, Commerce or Science) with 60% marks overall and at least 50% marks in each subject.
A minimum score of 50% in English and Maths / Accounts / Book Keeping in the 12th examination is required.

Agniveer Tradesmen (10th Pass)

Applicants should have passed Class 10. There is no minimum aggregate requirement, but candidates must score at least 33% marks in each subject.

Agniveer Tradesmen (8th Pass)

Candidates must have passed Class 8 from a recognized school. No aggregate marks are required; however, 33% marks in each subject are compulsory.
