NIC has created a portal to transfer incentive amounts directly into the bank accounts of eligible students. The portal contains district-wise and institution-wise records of all students who cleared the Matriculation and Intermediate Annual Examinations 2025 from the Bihar School Examination Board.

Eligible students and their parents should visit the Medhasoft portal  at  www.medhasoft.bihar.gov.in to check and confirm their personal details. The portal will be open starting 15.08.2025.

Once logged in, students need to provide the required information, including:

• Bank account number

• Bank branch name

• IFSC code

• Aadhaar number

Students must use their date of birth along with either their registration number or the total marks from the Matriculation/Intermediate Examination 2025 to access the portal.

Important instructions:

• • The bank account should be linked with Aadhaar.

  • The bank account should be held in the student’s name and must be active at any branch of a Nationalized Bank, a recognized Private Bank, or India Post Payment Bank within Bihar.

  • While submitting details online, ensure proper social distancing. Use personal devices such as a mobile phone, laptop, or computer wherever possible.
